★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked that they advertised that they use hydrogen peroxide. Nice to know what is being used. We made an appointment, they showed up on time. The workers were friendly and accommodating. The clean up was pretty comprehensive. I have no complaints and would call them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend D&D Clean Exteriors Ltd. They are a well established company with a reputable work history. I was looking for a company who had a solid work history and they do. I was very impressed with their professionalism and with their quality of work. I had my roof demossed, windows cleaned, gutters cleaned and some concrete cleaning done. I've become a repeat customer and I'm already booked with D&D Clean Exteriors Ltd for spring cleanup. I will continue to use their services and I will continue to recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently (25 Mar 2022) had D&D Clean Exteriors Ltd.come to our very mossy home for a cleaning. They did a fanastic job...everything is just gleaming now! They were professional, very hard working and cleaned up afterward. We are delighted with the work they did for us and will happily use them again when the house needs another good scrubbing/power washing! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a former professional in a large service oriented corporation, I’m very well aware of the fact that with increasing demand and business, prices tend to increase and product quality as well as customer service decreases often.
If I had to write this review one year ago, I would have had nothing but good things to say about D & D Exteriors. While considerably more expensive than similar businesses, the job they did was acceptable and the team pleasant and efficient.
When reaching out to them as a repeat customer approximately six months after they cleaned our gutters to discuss a concern, the owner responded extremely unprofessionally, accusing me of being unreasonable and unqualified in assessing the quality of the work they performed. Instead of taking a professional approach and suggesting to have a quick look to determine whether something was overlooked, a relatively minor issue escalated.
A subsequent investigation revealed a blockage at the entrance of the downspout had caused the gutter not to drain properly and once again to overflow. Furthermore, a previously installed screen on the downspout had not been re-installed after cleaning and was found lying in the gutter upstream of the drain, thus allowing debris to block the downspout. I only became aware of this during the recent heavy rains.
Had the owner of D & D been truly professional, he would have at least offered to investigate to determine whether something had been missed.
However, based on this unpleasant experience, I cannot recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darryl and his crew arrived early, eager to get our huge 300’ wall cleaned at Canadian Tire Langford. The entire crew was awesome and did an amazing job. The before and after pictures were absolutely mind-blowing. Darryl was very responsive and answered all of our questions before-hand and was so accommodating to our location’s needs. I 100% recommended this company!! Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you Darryl and the entire D&D Clean Exteriors team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our moss cleaned off the roof by D&D Clean Exteriors. The quote was done on time and done quickly. Responses were all done via email with quick feedback from the company. The two men were here for 3 hours and worked continuously and answered all my questions. A very thorough cleanup was done around the house where moss had landed on the ground. Eves were washed and cleaned. Highly recommend this company.
