I have a nasty eye infection and they got me in right away on short notice. He takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with your eyes, the potential causes, and treatment. He also points out details on his eye anatomy chart for better clarification for his patients. He even called the local pharmacist to ensure they had the medication I required in stock, and that it was covered under my plan. That saved me time and potential hassle while feeling unwell. And he has a great sense of humor which is refreshing to see in a Doctor !! The office is spotless, the decor is lovely and modern. His assistants and receptionists are top notch. Very efficient, caring and helpful. Very thankful to have found them!!
S	Sydney Tontsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had another visit at Sanger Eye Clinic today and it was exceptional. The employee's are all considerate, caring, understanding, helpful, kind, and friendly. The office took all the necessary precautions to accommodate their patients even through the pandemic of COVID-19. I feel like I want to become an Optometrist, the doctor walked and talked me through the exam from start to finish. I commend him for being able to smoothly guide me from chair to chair, device to device with such grace. He also had lovely smelling cologne but that doesn't matter because when I left the clinic smiling they gifted me with a set of contact lenses to take home (use right away). The specialist was extremely informative and genuinely cool to express my wants and needs when it came to getting new glasses. Sometimes having to look into a strangers eyes can be awkward but it was not. In fact, I was totally comfortable. The employee that was in the office as well as sanitizing like a champion, thank you for making me feel confident and safe the moment I entered the clinic. And to the main office administrator that is a total gem, she is a fantastic women and I can tell she is very much needed there, a 'keeper' for sure! Thank you Sanger Eye Clinic, I was pleased with my visit and I will gladly return when needed. Stay safe! Sincerely Sydney Tontsch.
