Walked out with "order" at 5:20 checked my order and was missing one item. Went back in and was told "sorry it must not have gotten added". So my partial order was ready in 1 hr and 15 minutes instead of the 30. NOT pleased but the food is good!
A	Amy Hayes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order at 4:30 today was told it wouldn’t be a problem to pick up for 6pm, went to pick it up and there were about 30 angry people waiting for orders from 5pm still. At 6:40 they told us it would be at least another 40 minutes until our food was ready because our order still wasn’t even started. We cancelled the order and left. This has happened a few times now and the last time we ordered there was food missing from our order. We will not be back.

I sat inside and listened to them take order after order and tell every customer 35 minutes. The place was packed with angry customers who also were waiting 2 hours for their food. When I complained I was offered a 10% discount, which I declined because that was insulting. The food is mediocre. Will not be back and instead will drive the 30 minutes to Brantford. At least be honest with wait times.
