★ ★ ★ ★ ★ work at the mall often stop by to eat there on my breaks as its often the more healthy of the choices. But the woman who works the front counter there. about 20's in age. either asian or indian, is always rude, curt, and never friendly. always ask for a lid and chop sticks. often have to repeat myself multiple times. she was also kind of mean tot he new employee learning till there. haven't seem him since. hope he didn't quit because of her. otherwise the guys on grill are decent. always ask if i want extra terriyaki. 5 stars to the cooks. -5 to the woman always on till.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Udon soup at all. No flavour, tasted nothing like the Japanese Udon. Has lots of Western veggies. Even the supermarket udon in Japan tastes better. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent job on the service ? staff was busy with a lot of orders! They worked well together and got everything done efficiently. Food is great ? I had chicken and beef meal,rice and vegetables in a bowl ? ? ?. Would have taken a picture...but I was to hungry ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my time to choose by myself but couldn't decide, asked a lady at cashier and she suggest me Bento chicken with skinny noodles with sushi and spring rolls on the side. Its was delicious and the staffs were friendly, I will come back there soon. Thanks for best Bento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was pretty fast despite being busy. I got the beef udon, and while the ingredients were fine the broth does taste a little off. But good enough for food court Japanese food, I guess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped for a delicious chop bowl and bubble tea. Unfortunately I left my wallet on the counter. Hours later I discovered that it was missing and returned to find they had kept it safely aside. I was so grateful for their thoughtfulness and their honesty! The two young ladies were very pleasant both in serving me initially and when returning my wallet to me. I only wish I had asked their names for this review. Edo did well to hire these two!
