β β β β β Terrible. We ordered a blizzard and paid for 2x extra toppings. When we got out blizzard, there were barely any mix-ins noticable, and we even paid for extra.

β β β β β Worst service ever. Two male workers are rude and dirty. The cook doesnβt wear gloves and touches the screen and scoop the food with his hands. I asked to change my food but serves me the same food and the guy with gold earrings got mad at me and very disrespectful. Doesnβt know how to do customer service

β β β β β I feel bad for the employee's, since they have always been lovely. Unfortunately the store is so slow. Multiple times I enter the drive thru with no or <4 other cars and it takes around 10 minutes to get my order. I used to love going here but now I avoid it.

β β β β β My husband picked up chicken strips and burger the fries were in eatable greasy. Chicken fingers tasted like cooked 2 times tough dried out will not return I called them said I could have free fries wow that's it. Didn't get s code for silly bar I guess they do not want you to fill out the survey.

β β β β β I was there yesterday evening and ordered kids meal with chicken strips, two double cheeseburgers, when we got them they were ice cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Staff was not very good at communicating, also waited 8 minutes in the drive through line, during which is suspect our burgers sat out while the chicken stops were cooking. Do you guys not have a warming spot to hold food temporarily for orders?

β β β β β The food was great, the blizzards were perfect, the cookie dough (my favorite) was mixed all the way to the bottom.... but the service was HORIBLE. We waited at the drive through window for HALF AN HOUR. There was only on person working, and the rest of them was taking a break. Thus one girl who was working, (and yes, I watched her do this) grabbed a napkin, took of her mask, blew her nose, and then grabbed a bag and proceeded to pack our food without washing her hands. All together, not my best experience.

β β β β β i pay this tribute to George Floyd the best gamer NA, aka Na's last hope. this staff refused to give me the bathroom key. I jumped over the counter and the first thing i saw was the gravy container so I let one float, that's why the gravy is a bit chunkier than normal. some kid came up to me with chocolaty fingers and started rubbing my thighs aggressively and it turned me on to the max. still a bit stiff till this day.
