J	Jennifer Barron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing! Staff was super friendly! Food was incredible! Fries were nice and crispy, gravy was nice and thick... just perfect! First time at KFC in Red Deer. Edmonton location have become very disappointing.

I asked for my two chicken tenders and fries to be crispy and she told me that the tenders are pre made so they can not be heated up again. My food was cold and even after asking for condiments there were none in the bag. So frustrating!!! She basically threw the bag at me at the drive thru window. Will not be going here again!!
M	Mariel B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon ordering the employee who was taking my order was yelling at me like excuse me!? Terrible customer service I odered 10pc bucket meal with 3 large sides...came home with only 2 sides! Just tried calling them 3 times and they're not picking up. Disappointed!

I was starving from not eating all day (and working customer service myself) and just wanted to get some food and thought I could maybe use a coupon on my phone. I didn’t realize it’d be the giant issue it turned out to be. When I inquired about this the really nice lady at the speaker (with glasses) must’ve went and got the manager? Supervisor? And she rudely cut me off at the speaker telling me not to order and to come to the window. When I got to the window after waiting 10 mins in line, the nice one at the window checked to see if I could use the coupon, and the rude short blonde working in the back was not having it. You could tell the girl at the window was uncomfortable when the supervisor one was causing a literal scene over coupons that I apparently can’t use. She was yelling and waving her hands and wouldn’t look at me . I didn’t feel comfortable ordering anything else so I drove off and went to Dairy Queen. That was disgusting behaviour. We all have bad days but that would never fly in any of the jobs I’ve ever had.

KFC, hire your workers to do an easy job rather than saving pennies and relying on tech. Waste of time. You expect me to do your job through an app? No thank you. I don't have time to your job. Hence, fast food.
