Please do the washrooms. Every time I come here are closed or very dirty. You don’t have enough money employers they can’t do this in its labor time. It’s a lot of clients so you earn a lot of money, hire more people to keep the bathrooms in a proper way.

The drive-through is ridiculously slow. You would think that with 2 lanes it would be faster but that is not the case at this location. The 2 lanes makes it even slower especially when there are those people that seem to order everything on the menu.

I work in a drive thru myself, and I would never treat anyone the way I was treated today. I haven’t been to this Tims since they put in the double speaker box, so i was excited to see the difference in speed. My window wouldn’t open so I was just going to open my door. The lines were moving fairly quickly which was really nice to see. When it was my turn to pull up to the speaker box, it took me a moment to park my car and open my door, I wasn’t sure if anyone has said anything yet (i didn’t know if two people were working the drive, or just one) so i said “hello!” in a friendly way, just incase someone was waiting to take my order. I know that it is frustrating when someone says “hello?!” as soon as they pull up, so that’s why i just tried to sound really friendly. After i didn’t hear a response I assumed that it was only one person in the drive, and my order would be taken next. When the women came on the speaker box to take my order, she was so rude and disrespectful to me. She over explained to me that “I can hear you, as soon as you pull up i get notified you’re there, so you have to wait for me” I tried explaining that my window was frozen and I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t unintentionally ignoring someone, but she cut me off and just kept saying things like “when i’m done taking one persons order, i’ll come take your order.” I know how a drive through works. I could understand if I also was being rude, but in my own experience I am never disrespectful to someone, even if they are to me! because that is part of the job. It was just really unfortunate being treated that way when i didn’t do anything wrong, and i didn’t deserve it.

Your new 2 lane drive through only works if you have 2 staff manning them. This just made this drive through go from annoying to a complete gong show. And you have had the bathroom closed for months 'cleaning it'. Lots of money is made at this store, they can do so much better.

I visited Red Deer taking my mother to a surgical appointment. This Tim's was close so I stopped in for breakfast. I don't dine in very often but decided to today because I had been sitting in the car for a long drive. After placing my order I was asked if I was vaccinated and told I would have to leave if I wasn't. I was wearing a mask and had no symptoms. Yet I was subjected to this ridiculous game. Needless to say I will never be back again. As far as the food goes they have dramatically changed the menu to a more greasy style like you would see at McDonald's. Even the hash browns are just a copy of McDonald's. They used to have a really good hash brown before they were bought out. Now it's just unappealing to go there, period.

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered a large chili with four cheese on top with bread and melted butter, got a medium chili with no cheese on top and they forgot my bread and butter.

This is about what I'd expect from a visit at Tim Hortons... I asked for no mayo and this is what I got I think anyone who has allergies might not want to go here... Also had an opened thing of butter in my bag and it leaked everywhere I have to clean a huge portion of my floor
