I had difficulty getting through to speak to anyone on multiple occasions and when I was finally able to get through they had long waits on hold. I had multiple missed called from the clinic with no voicemails left. As a patient this made me very hesitant to have any surgery done as I am not confident I would have support for any post operative care.

They were so professional and caring and I have had a very good recovery!! I would absolutely recommend very highly these two surgeons to everyone!! Also I cannot say enough good about the very good care I received from the nurses and staff in the RDRH. Their care and compassion was second to none!! Finally the E.T. nurses Trish and Sue and the homecare nurses who were so awesome and helped me adjust and get used to my new way of life!! Thank-you so very much to all of you!!?? D	Deren Nickerson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little upset as they called to cancel my second appointment due to the doctor being called for an "emergency schedule change," whatever that means... My appointment was in 4.5 hours... I already took the day off work and this has been scheduled for 2 weeks. It only bothers me because theu require 48 hours notice for a patient cancellation, yet they can call me 4 hours before my appointment to cancel and that's okay? I suppose there are only two doctors on staff and I know emergencies happen and things don't always go as planned. They took care of setting me up with another appointment quickly, I'm just annoyed I took the day off and prepared for the appointment and was cancelled on with such short notice. The nurses and doctors as well as the staff are very good at making you feel comfortable.
W	Will Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not accept referrals to City View Surgical Associates. They are unprofessional and unorganized. I’m currently waiting for my 2pm appointment and it’s 3:06 pm. The receptionist has no idea when I might be able to see the doctor.

When these places are meant to care for Albertans they should have some sort of people skills at the front as a first impression face of the company. Highly recommend finding a better place for your own comfort and safety. Disgraceful. Would be “0”stars!
