I am so unimpressed with this clinic's receptionist. The doctor was very kind when I saw her but the receptionist did not relay any of my questions back to the doctor once I went for testing. I kept getting told to go see my family doctor for the rest of my questions. The receptionist told me she couldn't answer my medical questions because she wasn't a doctor. So, I asked to book an appointment with the doctor to ask these questions. I was told no, unless I wanted to book for surgery, otherwise my questions and concerns would have to be taken to my family doctor.. which makes no sense since they were the ones to send me for tests. Why would I go straight to surgery if there have been no clear answers to my questions? One estrogen test came back very low, the other normal and the receptionist kept telling me that the first one must have been wrong. How do you know that? Isn't it concerning if my estrogen levels are fluctuating so much at drastic ends of the spectrum? If in fact a test was wrong, how do you know which one was the wrong one? Why would I go back to my family doctor when they sent me to this type of clinic in the first place to answer these questions. Honestly, I could go on. I waited a year and now I'm back to square one because their receptionist couldn't be bothered. Very disappointed with their approach to care plans for their patients. She just kept cutting me off saying surgery was the only option, otherwise they couldn't help me. As women helping women, they should be ashamed.

I was very unhappy with my care. She should never have given me a tentative but confident diagnosis without surgical proof. She should never have put me on medication for said diagnosis without surgical proof. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. On my first appointment with her, she stood in the open doorway and gave me 5 minutes of her time. After surgery I was not allowed to have another appointment with her to ask questions. She took less than half the amount of time she booked my surgery for and still hasn't written a surgical report for my medical file. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Cassis is INCREDIBLE. I just delivered my 3rd son. With her leading the induction, that was medically necessary, I had a perfect delivery. I had a lot of anxiety delivering after lengthy inductions with my first 2 kids (56 and 51 hours respectively) and she got me through it in 10 hours. I am healing better and faster because the delivery was extremely well controlled. She has a wonderful and motherly bedside manner, I highly recommend her to any mother-to-be, especially one feeling worried and anxious. ❀

Dr cassis sent me for an ultrasound to see if I have endometriosis (which apparently is not how you test for it). When nothing was found on the ultrasound, of course, she still prescribed me meds for it. My body did not agree with the meds. The receptionist told me to keep taking them your body needs to get used to it, so I did, which was not enjoyable, and gave me permanent side effects. When meds were finished (health issue still not solved) cassis suggested to put me on a stronger med, still for endometriosis. I declined, and went to another gyno, who confirmed it's not endo, and put me on the correct medication. I was not pleased with the care here, and won't be going back
