★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good but contradicts themselves and poor service while the competition will welcome customers arms wide open. Also watch while going through drive through. If the price is supposed to be rounded up or down if paying my cash and you pay by card they will round up and make you pay more (multiple times have happened).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting.. burger was a mess and was like from the day before. The restaurant was very dirty. Nothing cleaned.The fountain drink machine was covered in ketchup that was obviously there for a while. Just gross ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I googled Wendy's Red Deer and looked at the menu, it says it offers the Jalapeno Popper Chicken Sandwich so we drove there expecting to order it and they do not offer that sandwich. Not sure why theses places can't figure out their websites and menus in 2021? Well I settled for a "tiny" Spicy Chicken Sandwich that wasn't spicy at all. I give 2 stars only because my wife did like her Southwest salad, but $24 for a tiny chicken sandwich, 3 chicken strips and a salad. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. Drive-through line was long so we went inside and ordered our food. Waited for over an hour because they don't know how to run a restaurant. Really inexperienced employees and all the manager could do was smile and say sorry sir for the wait. Never come back here again, get some new people in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing quite as frustrating as going the extra mile to be cordial, although a business' employees should be doing this as part of their job, just to have those same employees act rude and render terrible second rate service. Go somewhere else if you are making a decision, the food isn't good enough to excuse or tolerate the lack of service.
