★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine until i went to checkout. I purchased my item and then afterwards she asked for my email, I had to get to work so I didn't want to spend time doing that. When I said no thats fine, she visibly was annoyed and said okay with an attitude LOL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my 2.5 year old daughter's ears pierced here against my better judgment. Had selected the real gold earrings only to be told at the checkout that they had accidentally pierced her with the cheaper metal. Told me that at least it would be cheaper than the gold and to give them a call if there was an infection. I will be taking my other daughter to a professional piercing shop in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my ears pierced today and the employee was great! She was very helpful and made me feel super comfortable. I was nervous because I was alone and I got my firsts done years ago, I even told her I might cry. She told me I could have a lollipop after which helped lighten the mood and make me feel less anxious. When she was done I did in fact get a lollipop and the piercings looked great. Her name was Taylor so thank you Taylor for making my experience so nice!
