I wish we would have eaten there that night. My wife wanted Chinese. Location was great easy in and out - On the south side of Lethbridge coming from USA.

It was great for the team to be able to swim and enjoy the water slides while the parents were able to socialize in a meeting room. We also had great sleeps in the comfortable beds and I loved their pillows!

The pool and slides were unlike any we had seen before and would come back to this hotel based on amenities, price, and service.

Waited 25mins in a quiet restaurant before having to go and find the server. Food which eventually showed up was not to Holiday Inn standards, waited again on syrup. Three hungry kids are not the most patient people in the morning. Disappointing way to end a great stay. Would not have breakfast here but would stay again.

The restaurant at the hotel had great service and all staff were very helpful and friendly. Although we went to use the hot tub for a quick dip 20 minutes before closing, the lifeguards wouldn’t let us in. I was a little disappointed about that, but would 10/10 still recommend

I was working for a day, and my husband and three of our kids, stayed in the king suite. That room is fabulous for kids and parents! We do appreciate you changing the capacity of the pool to 1/3 so that everyone who stays at the hotel can access it. Hot breakfast was good. We have nothing bad to say about your hotel or the staff. Even the cleaners in the hall were kind and friendly to our loud kiddos. Thank you for allowing us a mini vacation during these uncertain times.
R	RobVanMan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All good. Good hotel, great water park. Showing its age but is well kept. The front end evening staff were excellent, check in and pool bookings well managed. Rooms good, although the inside rooms (looking into pool) are cool for the kids, the noise from the pool goes until 10pm and did make it tough for my kids to sleep. Would ask for an outside room next time.

Websites said it was open but when we arrived, they had started renovations earlier than the date they had stated on their site. When we got to our room we almost immediately noticed the dirt, grime, and garbage around the room. The carpet had quite clearly not been vacuumed from guests prior. Even found a half chewed straw. The restaurant they have attached to the hotel was not pleasing. The service was terrible. Very slow. We waited for so long for our bill we ended up going back the the front register and ringing for the service ourselves. Would not stay again ever as I am ultimately dissatisfied and disappointed with our stay.
