Got seated in about 5 minutes. There were 3 or 4 other patrons. We waited for 15 or 20 minutes and the server never came so we left. I suppose service can't get much worse than that.

Had a great time at this establishment. Quality food and great servers!! I’ve been going here for a long time and it never disappoints!

The food was always great until I ordered some items that I know are very good (when I ate in before the pandemic ) I was very disappointed with the Caesar Salad,it looked and tasted like a packaged Caesar salad from Walmart. I have had Caesar salads from Tony Romas before and they never looked or tasted that bad. The kickin Shrimp appetizer had a long dark hair in it ,definitely spoiled my appetite. I wish I could have enjoyed my meal,but not that time. I really hope the food quality will improve .

Very disappointed in the service, we have been coming here for a long time. but just suddenly we’ve been getting bad service thought it changed. Messed up on my dads order and the ribs were under cooked very hard to separate and tough. so they made us wait over hr for our food, and took forever just to bring my sisters drink out. And also the waitress was very rude! So we just left the restaurant how disgusting!! Tony Roma I hope you get better employees that are willing to take there job seriously!

The food was really good. I was not too crazy about the service. Took forever to get drinks, then 15 mins to get our order in. Didn't see our waitress after that until we were almost half done our meals. If the service improved, it would be a 5

If ya dont know it they have breakfast and its soooo good! I should of taken a picture when i just got my plate but is was good i couldnt resist ! Plus for the month of October 2021 its 50% of breakfast! Cant beat that deal and its scrumptious!

We thought this would be a great place to go for our parents anniversary supper as we’ve always thought it was exceptional, until last night. We had a reservation but when we got there, they we confused as to where to seat us. First, they didn’t think they had room, then they inquired if we all wanted to sit together (there were 8 of us) to which they said they would have to seat us at the high tables in the lounge then, after which another hostess came and said they had a table in the dinning area. I always thought a reservation meant they would have a table waiting…. After finally being seated, we sat for 20 minutes before we finally flagged someone walking by asking where our waitress was as no one had even greeted us or taken a drink order. Finally someone there. They take our drink order and food order and then we wait until our appetizers arrive and still no drinks. Another 10 minutes and our drinks finally come. Then our meals slowly trickle out, one by one. Worst experience in a long time. We made the mistake of ordering desserts - they took another 20-30 minutes to come out to the table. As we were finally leaving the restaurant a family that had been sitting, waiting to be seated for about 10-20 minutes where told they couldn’t serve them. It was only 8pm and the restaurant is open until 10. They weren’t given a reason (we were standing right there) and they would have been okay hearing it except for the long wait before being told no. Just horrible customer service all the way around.

We had a staff event here today and we couldn't be happier. The team at Tony Romas is incredible. From the amazing patio environment to the excellent service this place does not disappoint. Thanks for the amazing time and even better service. You guys Rock!!
