★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Not bad for a budget motel. Television channels really suck though and they do not have all the channels they list on the paper they give you. Not bad but the tv channels are a deal breaker for me, would look elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean room, very comfortable bed ( my wife said best ever) had everything you need for a weekend stay or longer.
No noise issues either. Only slight issue is air conditioner could be a little better but overall we will definitely stay there on our next visit to Lethbridge.
Staff was also very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffeemaker didn’t work. When called reception, got a non apologetic answer “We don’t have an extra one”. If your customer says there is no hot water, will you answer “Just shower with cold”? I will not stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean, staff were ok, but the condition of the motel is substandard. There was a 1 inch gap under the room door I plugged with a towel. External grounds are not well kept. TV remote would not turn TV On & Off. Condition suggests a deteriorating 2 star hotel. Lethbridge has a lot of places to choose from, I would recommend you choose one of the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was falling apart. The air conditioner quit working, the curtain rod was broke, you had to jiggle the handle to flush the toilet. We paid $79 for a kind bed so that part was good. No continental breakfast. Alright if you just need a quick place to sleep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to stay. A big lake park and water park just across the road. Japanese garden too. Rooms upstairs are comfortable and good for 4 people each. They don't clean everyday if you stay for several days... only Tuesdays.

But only made it 1, lots of bugs in the room, hair dryer didn't work, tv was broken, sink was leaking, upstairs people were partying and fighting all night, could see people drug dealing and having escorts coming and going all day and night. Non smoking room had ashes on the dresser, and found a used needle in one of the drawers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE STAFF WERE DISRESPECTFUL AND REFUSED TO OFFER A REFUSED. Ended up staying at Travelodge way better!
