A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel last minute when the people I was to stay with were called away on a family emergency. As a smoker it is hard to find a property that still allows this but this EconoLodge does. The rooms were clean and bright. The main room appeared to have been renovated recently. The WiFi was decent but not great. I would definitely stay there again.

That did not happen we had to book a day ahead for a bed change after 6 days and had to take towels to front desk to get clean ones, get toilet paper and tissues at front desk too.

Clearly need to hire a maintenance man for all those little things. Decent continental breakfast and pull out sofa was very comfortable despite not having any bedding for it upon arrival.
O	Olivia Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Booked 6 days before arrival, when arrived at 7:30 at night they wouldn’t let us check in as they had no pet friendly rooms available. The front desk associate called her manager and noticed there was one room that was dirty but pet friendly. I offered to clean it as someone with over 8 years experience of owning a company myself and the manager would let us. Didn’t bother to come in to resolve the issue. Found another hotel but found out they did this to 4 other people with animals. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Complete trash
S	Sheldon Pon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's be honest, nobody booking this hotel should be expecting anything fancy - it's in the name. People are booking here for the price. All things considered the value is quite good. Even though our room could use some minor repairs, it was fairly clean, included all the basics you'd expect in a hotel (TV, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, soap, iron and ironing board) plus a small fridge and microwave. The bedside tables had modern looking lamps with outlets on them so you don't have to bother trying to find an outlet on the wall if you're in bed and need to charge your phone. One thing that seemed sketchy is the smoke alarm was covered in plastic.

The staff are all friendly, organized and professional. The front desk is closed during certain times but you can always call the super 8 next door if you need anything. The phone number is in your key card holder. Both hotels are managed by the same people I think. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels all over Alberta. This place is much cleaner then most. The heater in my room doesn’t even have dust in it. If you’re looking for an affordable option for Staying in Lethbridge And don’t need a pool this is a great option. If your working away from home they have a coin laundry as well.

One minor note: the sheets on the bed were a bit sparse for winter and I would recommend they invest a bit more into providing warmer/more comfortable sheets for guests at that time of year.
