★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give Luigis three stars because even though I really enjoyed the salad and sides the main event (the steak) was not good. I ordered the sirloin steak with the neptune option. I ordered medium and the steak was definitely medium well and well done. One end was actually pretty much inedible. I should have asked for a new steak because I was pretty sure after only one or two bites that I wasn't happy. But I thought if the hollandaise was good and the shrimp and crab were tasty I'd be forgiving. However, I had to ask for more hollandaise because there was only about a tablespoon of sauce on my steak and I wanted more. When it came I was very disappointed to find it was cold. The baked potato was perfect, the rotated veg was great, the warm bread with oil and vinegar was bet nice and the salad and dressing were delicious. It'll be a while before I want to go back to Luigis. Lesson learned... Send the steak back if you're not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad. Lovely restaurant environment, great food. Wasn't a huge fan of the spinach dip as it was coated in strange tasting oil. But other then that... They were very accommodating and helpful.

Who turns down business?? I phoned to place a take out order tonight and that’s what I was told. W. T. F.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation for 7pm for Mon Feb 14th and didn’t get seated till 7:40. I ordered an 8oz filet mignon medium. Got my plate and it was like the kitchen literally seared the steak for 30 seconds, not cooked at all and was fully red. Also the veggies were two small carrots, brussels sprouts and some odd tomato combination on the side that was totally bland. I was very disappointed because I’ve heard good things about this restaurant. But for the amount of time I waited for my food and for the food being rushed and not cooked and being subpar the kitchen needs some work.
