Food is overly saucy, rich, salty and tastes old. Doesn't seem fresh at all especially when you consider the price. Flavours don't mesh at all. Like who adds breading to beans and also adds a bunch of salt to the breading? Potatoes tasted old, overcooked, and rubbery. Not sure who comes up with these flavours but they're not for people that appreciate what food is supposed to taste like. Everything is masked in a multitude of flavours that just don't work. Literally feel sick from the Apple crumble because it was so extremely sweet. Won't be eating here again.

We bit of a cluster with open table booking but eventually got sorted. Hostess/ bar tender was lovely and food was incredible though( prime rib was a bit cold) every thing else was lovely . Best make reservations if wanting dinner hours.

We had an awful experience here yesterday. After we were seated , no one came to take our drink orders for 20-30 min. After our food was delivered - not once did anyone check on us or refill our drinks. After 1.5 hours of being there , I finally asked for the manager. Although I applaud him trying to make the situation better , he told me I came in at the wrong time and that’s why no one picked up our table . I told him that sounds like a scheduling problem and that is your problem, not mine. He did tell us to order 2 desserts for free to take with us. Well after another 25 min of waiting to order the desserts , someone finally came. Then I had to ask 3 different people for our bill. There was only 2 of us but we were there for 2 hours- mostly sitting and waiting . The food was substandard (ginger beef inedible ) and the desserts were dry and gross. I am happy I didn’t pay money for them. Will be the last time we come here - was supposed to be a special night with my son and the experience was terrible

Lovely upscale resturant. I've never had a bad meal here or bad service. The hardest part about coming here is deciding what to get.

We recently moved to Lethbridge and were recommended to try Firestone Grill. We went once and now we can't stop eating here! The staff is so friendly, offers excellent attention to detail when you place a tricky order (substitutions) and the manager is always in sight walking around checking in on the guests. I haven't even got to the food yet... it's amazing! And affordable! That Taco salad is out of this world YUM! Everything we have ordered here is delicious and we are happy to see the masks are off and those beautiful smiles are out once again! Thank you!

As a first timer or of towner, I found that it was a clean, friendly and an inviting place. The Prime yorkshire pudding stack was VERY tasty, though the creamed horseradish could have had a little more of a kick. ?

The food has been delicious every time I've been here. Though last time, the service was incredibly slow. People who were seated after us got served and waited on before us. The food took forever to come. Food was not brought when it was supposed to be. I'm taking it as just a very busy day though. The food was great and the cheesecake was so good! I'll definitely be coming back.

This restaurant is connected to the Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Centre. There is an entrance to connect the two establishments from inside, but it was locked. The restaurant has curbside pickup. There is a beautiful seasonal patio. Service was great and the pasta was excellent. The crème brûlée was good, but a bit off. The crackly topping has moisture on top-this was not my favorite crème brûlée. I asked the server about the locked door. She said sometimes they open it and sometimes they don’t. Hopefully management comes up with a better policy.
