After a very disappointed stay at a motel down the street that was only $10 less than Coast, I was a bit wary of Lethbridge lodgings. But Coast came through. The room was *spectacularly* clean (faucets and taps that sparkled), the bed was comfy, pillows were great, it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that the wifi wouldn't log on in my room but I was too pleased with the good night's sleep to complain.

Reasonable rates. The front desk staff were friendly. The halls were narrow and dark, so it felt a bit claustrophobic at times. The room was quite small and needed some repairs. I was able to book a time to use the pool. The pool was difficult to find. The doors to the restaurant were locked so I had to walk around the outside of the building.

The Firestone restaurant was excellent, staff at the restaurant were wonderful and the food was delicious. The hotel itself was below average. The rooms themselves were okay at best; the beds were fine but the room just felt dirty and unclean. The bathroom had hair in it from the previous people who payed for the room. The staff at the hotel also need a little more training in hospitality. The housekeeping staff woke us up at 7 in the morning both mornings we were there, yelling to eachother down the hallway and slamming doors. Overall, you get what you pay for, but next time we are in town we're going to spend the extra 10$ and go to the remada instead.

The firestone grill was fabulous, otherwise I found this hotel rundown and outdated. The walls are not sound proof, there was a lot of road noise and slamming doors, I recommend bringing a pair of ear plugs. We booked a queen comfort room, the bed was old and hard, the pillows were lumpy. The linens were clean but otherwise the room felt rundown and dirty. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while (other than vacuuming). There was a large hole in the wall covered up with wall paper, the wall paper was peeling and there was black mold in the grout of the shower. I did like that they are using large refillable bottles for the shampoo instead of the small disposable containers. Otherwise I feel this hotel could use an update.

My company has hosted a few events here and catered in from their in-house restaurant. Staff have been very polite and accommodating. However, a few things have been challenging. A) the mics often have died or experienced sound issues, resulting in interrupted speakers and presentations, and B) the staff take away the food (buffet and pre-paid for by a per head basis) after a certain amount of time. There is often LOADS left and the attendants have interest in going back for another portion throughout the night. Fairly wasteful and leaves the impression that you don’t truly receive what you’ve paid for

Recently stayed here for a 4-day, 3-night trip. Overall, the hotel is good, certainly better and more comfortable than other places I've stayed in the city. Most hotel beds are like sleeping on slabs of concrete, but this one actually had some give and cushion. The pillows were nice, not so over-stuffed as to prop my neck into a 90-degree angle while I slept. Linens in the room all appeared clean and dry, bathroom was fine. Hot water takes a few minutes to get to the shower, and even longer to get to the bathroom tap, but it does get there eventually. At one point we requested a few new towels (rather than have the whole room cleaned, we just got new towels) and they were delivered promptly and were kind of warm, too! There was no blanket on the bed, however. We had to go down to the front desk and specifically request one, because all we were provided with was a thin fleece between two sheets. It's still hitting 3C or 4C overnight, so hardly a time of year when blankets would be unnecessary. The shelving that the microwave and coffee machine were on was incredibly unsteady and is like to fall over at any moment, which is rather dangerous. The blinds didn't overlap that well, so lots of light could still make it in, which was disruptive of sleep. It was incredibly difficult to get the luggage cart to the elevator and then to the room. We had to go through 2 non-automatic doors, a narrow hallway with tight corners, and then squeeze into a TINY elevator that smelled really bad, like a cow barn all weekend. The cart barely fit with enough space to let the door close. Overall, I'm not sure if I'd try to stay here again, given how hard it was to get the luggage to the room, the state of the elevator, and the lack of blanket. Mediocre at best.

The staff at the Coast Hotel in Lethbridge are amazing. I made an error in my booking and they went above and beyond to help me out. Their rooms were clean, spacious and lovely, and their restaurant has great food. I 100% recommend this hotel and will be staying there again next time I'm in town

The rooms were huge! The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was bright and big. Nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was really good. Lots of parking. House keeping was super friendly. Lots of parking, and lots of things to do close by. Really enjoyed our stay!
