★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested early check in when booking our room and this was declined. Were told check in time was 3pm.
Day of our reservation we arrived at 330pm room was not ready. Have been waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes along with two other parties waiting for rooms to be cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lethbridge the other week for business. This hotel is in a disgusting state. To start, when we checked into our room there was dirt and twigs in the toilet, strange but okay. There were urine stains around the toilet and the shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months (see attached pictures).
Next there were stains on our sheets, dirt on the light switched, and dead bugs in the windowsills. To make matters worse, one of the TVs in the room wasn’t working, and the thermostat didn’t work and kept making noise all day and night.
When we talked to the front desk staff they didn’t care and said, “well we are fully booked”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel ,clean, staff is helpful and organized. The only issue with the location as you hear the odd truck with their engine brake on and the odd train. Not too bad though probably quieter on weekends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a king room. The room was clean, and staff were great - but it was the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in, and not adequate for 2 people. Fairfield should not rent rooms like this without warning their guests what to expect - and the price wasn’t low enough for the size of the room. I would never have booked this room if I’d known the size of it. The bed is suppose to be a king, but isn’t the size of a normal king bed . There’s just barely enough room to walk around the bed - it’s that tight. Other than the bathroom, it’s smaller than a room on a cruise ship, and doesn’t have the storage. I felt incredibly claustrophobic.
The room was extremely hot. It’s winter, and I had to run a/c to get it down to 23c, and then the room felt chilled. It was hard to get a comfortable temperature. The bathroom sink was plugged, and the toilet so low, I struggled to get up (I’m only 5’2” or 157cmm - so it’s extremely low). I wouldn’t stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another good stay at a Marriott hotel. The staff was great from check in to check out. The breakfast in the morning was dissent to go along with the coffee. The rooms were clean. The location was okay. Right off the highway, so you can get just about anywhere quickly. There was a Casino nearby as well.

You cannot go wrong staying at the Marriott.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young lady working the front desk was very pleasant and recommended a great place to eat dinner. The rooms were well kept and looked brand new, loved the sanitizing wipes left in the room for that added safety.
Great breakfast and pool area.
