★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is always as expected. But last order took more than 2 hours. And when I called in to question I was offered a refund threw store credit. Obviously I accepted. But now credit is not offered on my account what so ever.. I can have a small discount instead... atrocious service! Surprised there still open in lethbridge at all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service. I ordered pizza two days ago and I had missed my pizza guys calls because I was already headed outside to meet him. When I returned to my room with my pizza I went to see if I actually had missed any calls and I had. However, there was also a text message from a number that was unfamiliar to me. If you see the number that had called me twice was also the same number that had texted me. I ignored the text because I thought it was creepy and moved on with my life. Then, today I woke up to see that someone tried to add my snapchat. Snapchat has a function in which you can see how a person found you
, and as you can see this person used my phone number. Let me repeat. After he could not get a response from texting me he then proceeded to try and find me on snapchat. I RARELY give out my phone number and the last place that had taken down my number was Pizza 73. This is absolutely disgusting and I refuse to order from Pizza 73 ever again out of pure fear for my safety. This should not be happening to customers. The university is already low on food options due to COVID and now I’m only left with one. If this worker is from your Pizza 73 he should be fired or reprimanded at the very least for misusing my information that I harmlessly gave in order to get some food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor delivery service. They miss things and then apologize but never get back on time. It's really disappointing that the food is good but has to suffer because of the services. Will not suggest for deliveries from them instead order from a different place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My coworker and I got their meat lovers, and pepperoni pizzas, 2 varieties of wings and curly fries here. Altogether, it was all pretty tasty! The wings were surprisingly good, their pizzas have always been one of my preferable choices, and even the curly fries added a nice touch to this delicious group. Finally, the Frank's red hot sauce added the right amount of kick to this very satisfying meal!
