They offered 2 plans one with him staying there which I couldn't afford the other was bring him home and doing out patient, that Icould afford, he is doing SO much better today. Thank you so much for your help last night. Than you Dr.kate and I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the other vet he was so nice as well.

Reception was amazing, polite, and understanding. Appointment went well. They kept me updated on everything that was going on every step of the way. They also offer a variety of different payment methods if you cannot afford treatment right away. Treatment cost for something I've had to pay for before costed less than my own clinic. Would recommend in emergency situations and regular appointments. Glad my cat was properly taken care of.

They have had quite a few health issues over the years, with the last year being more serious and they are always willing to put my mind at ease with a phone call, make sure their meds are ordered and ready, and doing little things too. Like asking how they are when I call, or just a few days ago when I picked up their medicine and they drew hearts on the bag. Just really sweet & kind people there. Thank you all for all you do ❤️

She had outstanding quality of life right to the very end, which was what I asked the universe for when she was diagnosed with a frontal lobe tumor back in November. The staff at Family Pet Hospital have been beyond amazing through this whole process. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Thomas, Dr Hanna, tech Amber, assistant Christie, and Elisha on the front line. Compassion, love, knowledge, time and patience don't even begin to describe what they gave to us over the last 4 months, and I will be forever grateful for their expertise and support.

I was able to get in right away on a Saturday for urgent care. All the staff were super helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Dr Thomas was wonderful, patient with my many questions, generous, explained everything simply and genuinely cared. The outcome for my old girl isn't great, but Dr Thomas was compassionate and sympathetic. I have no hesitation in recommending this Vetinary Practice.
T	T Camp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 year old French bull dog had a bit of a limp after a trip to the off leash park. I brought her in to emergency to make sure it was nothing serious. Dr. Hanna took some X-rays and diagnosed her knee cap was going out of place. He was great with her and was extremely knowledgeable. People say this place is too expensive but I want the best care for my animals and for the care she got, I don’t think it’s overpriced at all.

We had to put him down and Dr. Johnson was so empathetic and compassionate. I have two things to comment on though that could use some attention. 1. It was very expensive. However; they are available to care for our babies on a 24 hour basis and they are very good doing it. Kind of worth it in my opinion. 2. Their room that they put you in to visit with your pets is EXTREMELY loud. There should be a sound proof room out of the way for when you are saying goodbye to your pets. I had to put my dog to sleep and I listened to people laughing with joyful dogs etc. just a suggestion. Overall. Outstanding!!! So kind. So kind. Thank you for your attention and kindness.
