I used to love RBC unfortunately one of the staff (asst. manager) at this branch was very rude to me, it was beyond unprofessional and uncalled for. I find the staff at other branches much better. If you have to bank at RBC definitely go to a different branch.

I opened an account for business and US transactions, within days my account was flagged for security and had to go back in. The branch WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL An e-mail that I had been using for e-transfers for months with Scotia is suddenly blocked, and ALL my clients that send money to it, gets held. The manager here Kathy tells me they can't unblock, but the fraud department says they must send a request. I'm sick of being treated like an idiot. WORST BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely disgusted by their fraud department. My company has given RBC years of business and many high dollars over the course of our 38 years in business. Only for our first ever fraudulent claim, one we have proof from a police report that it was NOT us making the transactions along with seeing a huge change in spending trends over a consecutive 4 days of 10-12 transactions totalling a disgusting high dollar. Michael from your fraud department just told us, sorry we can’t help. Taking our business elsewhere.

customer service line is horrible.. if you have misplaced your card you CAN NOT GET through. And if you would just like to call your local bank to resolve a issue you can't get through it just sends your right back on the 1800 line and its a nightmare circle!

Service is so slow, not just the line ups but 80% of the tellers either need more training or perhaps they are not suited for this job. Even the simpliest of tasks take forever. I will drive the extra distance and go to the downtown branch where the tellers know what they are doing.

Worst experience ever i have been going to this bank for the last 5 years the lady who was attending me was not doing what she is supposed to do professionally. She even didn't finish counting my money she even end up giving me back some of my cash and she was in a rush to go for his lunch break. I am so disappointed she didn't even assist me with online banking services just wondering how she's going to help other clients.

Me and my family are new to Albertha. We opened up accounts with RBC bank 7 months back when we arrived here and were promised that they will look after us better than any bank around. This was however not the case, as we recently wanted to make a small personal loan to purchase an additional vehicle. We were immediately denied with no compromise. They have nothing in their by-laws to accommodate new comers to Canada, and we are very disappointed in this banking establishment. We will be closing our 3 accounts month end, and we will be moving to a different bank. Very dissatisfied !!

Usually I have amazing interactions when I come to this branch for my banking needs. Today I had an appointment and when I got into the appointment none of my questions were answered and it felt as though she had her own agenda. I had felt like my banking choices were being judged. After I had enough I asked if we could just complete the task I had originally came for. She then said I had to wait in line at the tellers and she wouldn’t do it for me. I did go to the teller and the teller was able to complete the one task simply for me. It felt like she completely wasted my time and I left with none of my questions answered.
