One of the reason we choose this hotel was because of some of the food reviews saying food was amazing.
Food was ok, we had dinner and breakfast the regular stuff, nothing out of this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room. Freindly staff. TV did not work so had to switch rooms. Be sure to ask at check in about breakfast coupon. I asked and was told breakfast is available only to find out next morning we could have paid 15 dollars more at check in and then not have to pay 30 dollars for breakfast. BTW breakfast was great and our waitress was great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t enjoy out stay at all. I have two kids and I asked the front desk to get a quiet room. He guaranteed that we will receive it. When we got in our room, our neighbors kept fighting and yelling! We went downstairs to ask for another room because all hotels were booked. We got another room… it smelled like straight cigarette smoke. We couldn’t even take a shower because there was hair all over.And in the morning at 5:30 people started running in the hallways and slamming the door. I do not recommend this hotel and I would never come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They haven’t cleaned my room, changed my towels, or even went in my room for over 3 days. When I phoned and brought it up they made me come down (no elevator just stairs) to get towels when I’m injured and it is a hassle for me… I wouldn’t complain if I was paying under 80 bucks but it’s well over a hundred per night here… I changed 2 different rooms because the heat didn’t work and it was 56 Fahrenheit in them. If you’re staying in brooks for work or anything 100% go anywhere else but here… you’ll probably save money also

During our visit the hot tub was unfortunately out of order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed here for one night and the photos they posted through Expedia were NOTHING like the actual room. the hotel was old and other than the concierge area the stairs and rooms were OLD. Our room smelled like smoke and there were unknown stains on the carpet of the floor. The washroom was old and outdated and the toilet made the loudest noise when flushing. I really don't understand how this place got an overall 4.0 star because I would NEVER stay here again. Another thing was the AC did not work so airflow was terrible and hot throughout the night. I would consider this place a motel and NOT a hotel or inn at all. $100 dollars a night for this place is NOT WORTH IT. I would rather pay 40 bucks more a night and go to the Ramada across the street to get a clean place to stay.
