In the past I have had trouble getting a hold of Management to arrange/ book things. (To the point of using other caterers)
Recently they forgot a sandwich in our order, but were good about replacing it no questions asked. However, the person preparing it was only half wearing their mask.
The establishment has a unique charm to it, that you won't find anywhere else in the County. It is one of the fixtures of night life in Brooks and will be again post pandemic. Being able to book a BBQ pit is also a great idea.
Some tightening could easily kick them up from OK to great.
