โ โ โ โ โ Very happy with my stay, very good value for the price of the room, it was clean, well laid out and the nice new HD TV was a nice touch. Close to all amenities, staff friendly, would definitely recommend, and would stay there again without hesitation.

Basic room that's clean and just what i needed after 12 hours on the road. The only downside is the noisy people in the next room but that's a given at any motel.
The woman at reception was willing to stay open later to ensure we got a room. I would definitely stay here again.

โ โ โ โ โ First, the staff was very accommodating. We went to the Calgary Stampede that day and we were going to the states the next day so we went to Brooks because it was far enough from Calgary to not pay Stampede price. I called the motel to see how late they were open and if they could stay open to check us in and they said they'd wait till 11pm, an hour after they closed which was perfect. We ended up getting in at 10pm and they had everything ready for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The lighting could've been better. We didn't stay long in Brooks so I can't say much for the area. Overall the stay was nice. We didn't use the pool so no review for that.

โ โ โ โ โ The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Other then that it was not a good experience. There was no way to control the heat and the room was very hot. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. We were on the second floor and the steps and balcony was not shoveled first thing in the morning and was also very slippery. We left the room about 9am the cleaning ladies were out there but when we returned at supper time our room had not been made up... that is my biggest pet peeve. We will not be back.

โ โ โ โ โ We stayed at this motel on August 1st. 2020 while traveling from Toronto to Banff Alberta. We really enjoyed our stay at this family owned and operated Motel. The office was remained open until we arrived at around 9:15 pm. and we were greeted with a warm welcome. The room was simple, comfortable and meticulously clean. The amazing customer service was also another point to mention.

โ โ โ โ โ My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this family owned and operated Motel. We were met with a warm welcome and checked into our room in a timely manner. The room was simple, accessible, comfortable, clean and safe. We both enjoyed our stay and the amazing customer service; and because of this, I will be returning customer in the future.
