The attendant was not attentive to guests’ request. When my family placed an omelette order and waited over 20min., it was not served. This was totally disrespectful. The attendant served other guests’ omelette order ahead of my family, this should not happen under any circumstance especially hospitality industry. The general manager look into this service discrimination case. I will not hit this place again.

L	Lee Cawiezel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was great. Red haired girl working this morning needs a raise. She was working hard yet and so polite. Jacuzzi room was great. Breakfast was good. The kids hockey team screaming, running down the halls, slamming doors for about 6 hours every evening. It would go till 11. A parent even said it was loud and out of control. Staff did what they could. Just horrible parenting to let their kids act like this each day. Hotel room would rattle with the doors slamming. I left 5am today as didnt get much rest and soon the halls would be taken over.

And the best part, they make the best omelets for free at breakfast. You can even take a second one to-go. Great pool although we did not go for a swim.
