Service & kitchen staff need to communicate about what they have available. Two of our listed menu orders were turned back at the kitchen instead of pre-empted when the order was initially placed, leading to delays.
Service staff tried to cover each other’s tables, but service was still slow/ spotty and the restaurant was only half full.
