★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT waste your money here. It’s the same story every time. Obscenely long wait in drive thru (no less that 15 minutes waiting in the parking lot) just to have to poor food runner come to the vehicle lost and giving you some of your order, some of the cars order, and some of the peoples order who are still in drive thru lol. This place clearly can’t be run properly. I know I’m not the only one who complains based on the reviews. Worst off, the manager or whatever you want to call him or her, emails you offering coupons to come have a meal on them since they “strive on great customer service and their team works hard to achieve that” but yet, every time we go here, it’s the same old story with staff who are rude and don’t know what they are doing. If you value your money you will go to Wendys instead of this place…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30min for food. People that order after me, recieved their food long before us! (And were much larger orders)... had to ask for my drinks and the lady looked at me like I had 6 heads and reluctantly gave us our cups for our drinks... our food was already cold by the time we got it. This isn't the first horrible experience here either, I won't be back to this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always have to wait for like 40-45 minutes around 9-11 Pm and you guys are always out of poutine. I think manager needs to schedule employees more around 9-11Pm to help his own employees and serve Fast food fast to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to this McDonald's something is wrong with my order, so I have gotten into the habit of checking before I leave, even at the drive through. I have been short changed more than once on chicken nuggets so I even have to open the box and count them. When I pointed out that they didn't put the correct amount in my order they looked at me like I must have eaten one to try and scam them, but grudgingly replaced the missing nugget and gave me 2 extra. Nice I guess, but shouldn't have to count my kid's chicken nuggets every time to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.
