★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a chili with a white bun and potato wedges and chipotle sauce and they told me they had everything but when I got to the window they didn't have a bun which like okay but then I get home and check my bag and they gave me chipotle sauce but no wedges and they charged me for the wedges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually pretty good but 7-15 minutes in the drive thru is approximately the wait time lately. I understand the other Tim's drive thru is closed but in a situation like this I wouldn't recommend putting trainees on drive thru!!! I seen the average time between customers. It's supposed to he under 30 seconds? I could be wrong but I'm sure it isn't supposed to be 3:38 minutes!!! If I have ten cars ahead of me... well you do the math.
