★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms was tidy and clean. They offer a free hot breakfast they cook for in the morning which is included in the price of the room. Very quiet and comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly friendly. It's out dated and needs alot of work but otherwise it's an alright place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was super friendly and kind. I get the impression that a lot of people stay here longterm.
The place is a bit rundown, but it seems like renovations are ongoing.
The room definitely needs a deep cleaning and handyman touch-ups. There are a lot of things that could use some work.
The linens seemed fresh, but the towels did not. I was not too sure about how secure the door codes were either.
I'm not sure I would recommend staying, but the beds were comfortable and cable and WiFi included. Price point reflects the quality.

The place has a constant odor of cigarettes but this is a smoking permitted motel so it is what it is. Inside the room you can hardly notice it.
The place needs minor handiwork all around, though I always saw the owner working on improving the place by himself Which is great to see.
For the extremely affordable rate I would book here again for work.
He even gave me a better deal for a long term stay.
