★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried 4 rooms, first room there was garbage under the skirt of the bed, second room was just gross, third room the lock was broken. The forth room smelled gross, had blood on the walls, stained carpets in all rooms, and the bed made me itchy. It was horrible, we tried it but we couldn’t do it we had to leave that night. Thank god for the Best Western Plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was polite and courteous. The building however is very out of date. Needs major renovations especially for the price. Old wallpaper peeling off, low water pressure, creaky old bedframes. Unfortunately would not recommend or stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location was convenient for our swim meet. And the dark roast coffee was great. Negative: The lack of care and attention from staff, the lack of willingness to accommodate celiac disease, and the general conditions of the room with wear and tear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I are driving from Ontario to BC and have been staying at super 8 and days inn all the way.
The room was gross. The tiles in the bathroom were smashed with mold coming out of it. There was hair still stuck to the shower wall!! And the carpet smelt like mildew? The ice bucket wasn’t washed.
The breakfast was ok. Basic motel breakfast.
When I talked to the front desk I got a nasty attitude and rolled eyes when I asked for a different room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is place is trash. Do not stay here. And they still require a $100 damage deposit. My kids are really disappointed the waterslide is closed for repairs. Not even a working ice maker. It's out for repairs. Lots of repairs in this dump. They gave us a bad room too. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a football tournament. we found a comfy clean room here to rest our heads for the night. Staff was helpful and friendly, plus hot tub was very hot and relaxing for a soak before going to sleep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were better than I expected after reading reviews. Front desk was real helpful, but the housekeeping cleaning my room didn't speak much English so they kept messing it up. The location is great, close to superstore and Main St. Also some really cute girls work there on the weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family, budget hotel. We saw a good rate for the two king suite and booked it for one night in New Years Eve. -40 below and the hotel was still quite busy. The kids loved their huge bed and their own room, the water slide and pool, hot tub was warm but very busy. Everything needs an update and a good scrub. Our bed was so saggy in the middle we kept rolling into the Center. Mattresses are realllly bad. Kids running in halls till one in the morning.
