★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed for one night, Dec. 9-10. Hotel and room were clean, and well run. I'll echo a lot of the comments in other reviews in that the manager, Darlene was fantastic. Haven't had such a personable and comfortable experience at a hotel in a long time. Next time we're in Moose Jaw, this will be the hotel we'll stay at!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the customer service with the hotel, the manager Darlene runs the front herself and she’s got the staff well trained, they are so friendly and service was great. The hotel is super clean. When they said they provided breakfast I was expecting cereal, muffins etc, basically your cold help yourself type of food, did not expect them to be offering real waffles, bacon and scramble eggs. If in Moose Jaw this is the hotel to stay at. The last time I was in Moose Jaw I stayed at the Temple Gardens and I have to say that other then the mineral spa it was nothing special, but this place I am really impressed with everything they had to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff members were incredibly kind and so easy to deal with. I felt like the queen staying here and I highly recommend it. Check in/out was easy, breakfast was amazing and the sauna/jacuzzi room was clean and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The General Manager Darlene and her staff went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She personally checked in with various families throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and even set up our leftover pizza/drinks/snacks in the breakfast bar during checkout to ensure everyone had a bite to eat before hitting the road, what a champ! Will definitely stay again at the Ramada if we are back in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hospitality, clean modern rooms and friendly staff! We travelled through during a snow storm and the Manager offered to check the road conditions and cleaned the snow off our car while we had breakfast. Such a friendly, welcoming environment - highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have our company meeting in a conference room. The front desk person today at 6pm came to assist me when I ask where it is. Not just she pointed it where but accompany me to not miss the door. She is awesome! Also, the toilet and and lobby was perfect. It’s all clean. Keep it up!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down one of my best hotel experiences. I'm in town for work, the GM Darlene has been nothing short of incredible during our stay. All her staff is unreal and super courteous!!! I can't say enough good things about them. Rooms are clean, and fairly priced! Take note Ramada, send people to this location for training, and give the ladies here a raise. They deserve it!!
