He was very patient with me as this was my first time buying a car on my own. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me every step of the way. I felt very confident that he would take care of me, and he did, and even went above and beyond. The whole team at Taylor Toyota Moose Jaw was so pleasant, but Emerson really was the cherry on top. β β β β β Amazing service. Was able to reserve a new 2022 Tundra in advance. Cody and team were very open with communication due to shipping delays outside of their control. Great customer service/education when truck arrived and the whole experience was super comfortable/hassle free. Mike followed up to make sure everything was working appropriately and to make sure no questions/issues.
Also had windshield replaced on old vehicle. Service was completed quickly. They even detailed the car for me at no additional charge. 5 star service for sure, and not to mention the Tundra is amazing. Thanks guys!
