★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont understand what extra ice means. I love having their ice but only one of the workers understand when I say extra ice (fills up my cup with full of ice then tops it off with ice tea) the others just barely give me any ice or give me a cup of ice tea and a cup of water (???) without any ice. I literally come here at least every second day yet for the 100th time I got my drink without any ice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously so disappointed. Service here is largely hit or miss. Especially since the drive through is bar none the slowest in the city and maybe the next. But I tried again and I understand that costs go up but the onion rings I got basically ended up at $.50 each. Not the end of the world but that was after I got them to try again on my burger. 1/2 hour later I’m eating an ok burger. Overpriced onion rings. And a medium blizzard for $24.34 maybe not next time. … or the time after

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute garbage. Go somewhere else. This is a waste of your money. Got a chicken sandwich that tasted like it had been made yesterday by a drunk squirrel. Chicken was insanely tough and stringy. They also forgot a burger in my order. Wait times were stupid long. Just go else where. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service lately has been awful. The staff is always messing my order up or forgetting something; I always check my bags before I leave now. Never used to be this bad-just this last couple of months it hasn’t been good. Hire some better people who actually want to do something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost 45 mins in drive thru, ordered the 4 piece strip and fry-rings basket. Ended up getting a 3 piece, fries were soggy and almost raw, onion rings super soggy, don't think they were cooked long enough. Absolutely disgusting. Threw it all out, will never return to this one ever again.

I've been ordering the SPICY wrap for years, and recently, the last 2 years or so, they NEVER make it correctly, it always comes out as ranch and I have to call in to complain and tell them to remake it. I figured at first it was just new staff messing up, but it's been consistent for the last 2 years getting the wrong wraps made incorrectly. Don't leave the drive through unless you've thoroughly checked your bags and made sure that your order is 100% correct, because they DO NOT LISTEN.
You can see clearly in my picture the receipt says FT (Flamethrower) aka spicy wrap, not ranch, which is what's clearly on the sandwich. the FT sauce is orange, not white.
