★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each and every time.. my onion rings were only crumbs (burnt crumbs at that) with onions on top of the mess. Our fries were still frozen and our burgers were wrong. Phone to complain and got hung up on 4 times. I give up. This family is BOYCOTTING moose jaw a&w. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of course this location does not disappoint!! I am always happy to pop by for a Mozza Burger, Chubby Chicken burger, Onion Rings or a good old fashioned Root Beer!! My mom, my sister and I went through the drivethru this time and it was so hot and fresh! I tried the sweet potato fries for the first time on this visit and they were unbelievably delicious with the chipotle dip they give with them!! A must try in my books ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered food through skip the dishes, this restaurant didn't pack the correct order items, I called them and told them and they told me to go through skip the dishes. Skip was closed and the restaurant refused to do anything about their mistake. Skip doesn't pack orders , the restaurant does. It's not the first time they've messed up my order and refused to fix it. I'm not going to this location anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reminded today why its been a long time since I went to A&W. Burgers have gotten smaller, prices higher. This so called Teen Burger was basically a McDonald's Cheese Burger with lettuce and tomato....... tasted like it had been boiled, full of grease. For the prices they charge for a signature Burger, it should be a decent Burger.

My car as well pointed out the proper way to drive out. :)
I ordered a buddy chicken burger and a uncle burger, onion rings, fries and a cup of pickles.
I was charged extra for the cup of pickles and never got it.
The buddy chicken lacked. It was small, the bun was way to big. But it was hot and tasted alright.
The uncle burger was a little smushy but the flavor was fantastic. Everything I want in a burger generally. :)
Fries were great. The onion rings were not good, very salty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wwnt through drive through. Teen burger special was on. Ordered 2. Once back on the road I see they substituted plant passed meat. I did not order this and found it to be disgusting. Threw them out.
