Hi, my name is Hillary Gable. I was born in Ontario but raised in Saskatoon from the time I was 2 years old. I am the daughter of two musicians, and they call me the “white sheep of the family” because I became a doctor instead of following in their footsteps (they think they’re very funny). I completed my medical school training in Saskatoon and then went to Regina for my two years of Family Medicine residency. It gives me great pleasure to be able to start my medical practice in Moose Jaw and join this community! All aspects of medicine are exciting to me, and that’s what makes me a great family doctor. I love getting my (gloved) hands dirty doing minor procedures (the grosser the better) and I find talking people through tough times and getting them the help they need very rewarding. My ideal practice encompasses full scope family medicine; I want to be your go-to for all the ups and downs that life brings. However, I am most passionate about patient education - I want to empower you to better your own health and make you a part of your own healthcare team. I can’t wait to meet you and get going towards better health, together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have upped my rating as they seem to have opened more hours. Dr. Howe is a pleasant doctor to have. She just seems to be away a lot... I've heard very good things about her in terms of prenatal though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am expecting a little one in September, with many attempts to see Dr. Gable I only got to meet her for my first appointment. Other appointment was cancelled by the office, calls weren’t being returned to confirm an appointment dates and times.
Now I am being billed for a missed appointment, I had no idea when it was.
Their lack of returning calls is ridiculous, keeping appointments is probably rare as well. This is a terrible clinic, I highly recommend looking into other doctors as you will be charged for no reason with no attempts to return calls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gable is an effective and reliable family physician. She is compassionate and an excellent listener and communicator. I feel comfortable approaching her with my health issues, and she has a way with helping me develop an action plan that gets the results I need.
Dr Gable recently has gone far above and beyond in accommodating me with a unique situation I was facing. I was beginning to become concerned, as my dilemma was time sensitive. She pulled through on time like she said she would, absolving me from any unnecessary challenges and suffering. She looks out for me and definitely has my best interests at heart.
She is an intelligent, compassionate person, who is extremely qualified. Circle Medical Center is a relatively new facility, with easy parking, and new office, new examination rooms. I would definitely recommend Dr Gable to anyone seeking out an all around qualified and quality general practitioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, would be nice if there was a contact option like an after hours number for prenatal concerns, rather than having to rely on 811 for generalized advice, or going to the hospital for monitoring whenever there is a pregnancy-related issue. All three practicing obstetricians are great, but my preference goes to Dr. Brabant. It's refreshing to have a doctor that doesn't dismiss issues and concerns.

She was amazing as a family doctor before I became pregnant and I have only appreciated her more since starting prenatal care with her. She is genuine and compassionate and listens to your concerns and doesn't dismiss any issues you may be having. It's nice that I can always book with an alternate female doctor is Dr. Howe is unavailable as well.
