E	Eric Lambert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma femme reçois un appel pour un rendez vous on lui donne une autre adresse qui n est pas la bonne, en plus elle a appeler le matin de sont rendez vous pour valider, elle ce rend a cette adresse donner par la receptionniste qui travaillait le 14 décembre au matin et de plus elle lui donne un autre rendez vous avec une adresse ma femme verifie avec la receptionniste de soir un coup arriver ici a la bonne adresse et elle lui dit qu elle na rien dans sont systeme pour le prochain rendez vous donne par la réceptionniste du matin, elle veut meme pas faire de suivie et me dit ca va donner quoi, ca va peut etre eviter des futur erreur, asti ....on peut pu rien dire aujourd hui, jamais de coupable tous est beau tous est rose My wife receives a call for an appointment we give her another address which is not the right one, in addition she has to call in the morning of her appointment to confirm, she returns to this address given by the receptionist who worked on the 14th December in the morning and moreover she gives him another appointment with an address my wife checks with the evening receptionist a blow to arrive here at the right address and she tells him that she has nothing in her system for the next appointment given by the receptionist in the morning, she does not even want to follow up and tells me it will give what, it may be to avoid future error, asti .... we can say nothing today, never guilty all is beautiful all is pink

Changez votre personnel au service à la clientèle et je suis sûr que les revisions de la clinique remonteront à 5 étoiles. Horrible customer service !! I was almost hung up on when I had questions !! Change your staff at customer service and I'm sure clinic reviews will go back 5 stars.

Hyper disorganized secretaries and poor customer service appointment times are never kept with Dr. Blackburn and your file is at risk of being misplaced ... This clinic really needs a better manager.

Non respect des patients de la part d une receptionniste en parriculier les rdv ne sont jamais respectés. Donc y a du ménage à faire. Je ne recommanderais plus cette clinique. There is a serious communication problem at the reception. Horrible unprofessional to put it mildly. Non-respect of patients on the part of a private receptionist, appointments are never respected. So there is some cleaning to do. I would not recommend this clinic again.

Quand j'ai appelé, je lui ai dit que j'étais à une heure de route et que je voulais avoir un autre rendez-vous, la secrétaire m'a dit, je ne comprends pas votre DÉLIRE!!!! Comment une secrétaire peut dire ça à une patiente!!!! I wanted to postpone an appointment, because in my small village the weather was not nice given the amount of snow that had fallen in the streets! When I called, I told her that I was an hour away and that I wanted to have another meeting, the secretary said to me, I don't understand your DELIVERY !!!! How can a secretary say that to a patient !!!!

Lorsque j'avais appelé la première fois j'ai demandé si je pouvais envoyé la référence par courriel et la réceptionniste m'a dit qu'il risquait n'y avoir personne pour prendre le message!!! I faxed a medical referral a month ago and haven't heard back. I left a message, no response. When I called the first time I asked if I could email the reference and the receptionist told me there might not be anyone to take the message!!!
