★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a 5 star shopping trip in store today! Found everything I needed super quickly as most of the items were fairly well stocked. Got some great prices and used the self check out with ease and no line up which was wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one seems to be able to answer if Superstore has one dozen white tray buns and quarter slab Nanaimo bars. Are these exotic items? When I called I was redirected 5 times then ultimately hung up on. The ULTIMATE service. Online search engine sucks it big time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new commer, so maybe my feedback is inappropriate because I don't know their standard. I have never been to any store that gave me the rude customer service behavior as this one. I thought I had killed someone to deserve that service
I went to this store to pickup my order. Met a guy at customer service area and told him my purpose. After a few seconds, BAMM, the guy threw the first item in front of me. My wife and I were totally shocked, she widened her eyes and asked me what happened. I was confused, and then the guy kept throwing the second one toward me. Fortunately, there was no bamm at that time because my item almost fall under the floor. Then after like 15 seconds, BAMM, the third one came in front of my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raman did a GREAT JOB!!! Very alert, aware and quick to rush to help. He looked for insta eye contact and did not hesitate to run over! Carried a very heavy item and arranged for Jesse to bring a cart to the check out for taking the items out of the store. BRAVO Raman and Jesse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the fact that this store stays competitive. It is willing to price match and keep prices at a reasonable rate. I also like that they have no limit at the online shopping. There produce has good days and bad days. Otherwise this is a pretty decent store. J
