★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were great when they wanted to sell me the phone but after a few weeks when I didn't get the rebates as promised I was told that there was a glitch when it was processed and they would call me. I waited a week and called them. I got told that the person I dealt with was on their 10 min break and she would call me back. It's been another week and I still haven't been contacted. I've called numerous times. I understand that glitches happen but let's fix it. It is going to cost me$360 over the course of my contract. If I could leave a lower score I would. Was contacted after leaving this review and was told by the supervisor that he would fix everything and call me back within 2 weeks. It's been 2 months with no call back and nothing fixed.

I came in to get a new phone Samsung Note20 and she took me through products knowledge, deal, price, plans and billing. She explained in detail many other features of Samsung Note 20 execllently to me. Honestly she's the best.

I came into first time to switch from Virgin Mobile to Roger Mobility which was the worst mistake I ever made and then just after a couple of weeks had gone by I came back in to switch my provider to Bell. The guy that was helping me was really nice knew what I wanted knew what I was talking about very kind and very hard working man if anybody who wants to see him ask for Dawson
