Durshan new exactly what he was talking about and was able to provide me with all the knowledge i will need going forward with my phone plan! i also was having issues with a phone previously in the week and Durshan as well helped me resolve my problem and send me on my way with a working phone! one of the best customer service experiences i have had.

The staff were all so kind to us and each other, it was a great experience for everyone. I really appreciated getting a text to check in one months later. One of our screen protectors wasn’t holding up properly and they offered to replace it. They truly go above and beyond!
