★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's rare that a week goes by that I don't hear of how unhappy someone is with the customer service of Staples when it comes to tech. Staples does not provide proper technology training for their staff in order for them to perform the tasks that they offer as a service. There are a couple of really great staff members (Derek being one of them) that have experience from before they were hired by Staples that are fairly knowledgeable, but the majority of staff members tend to give poor advice, and provide poor service. Support a local small business instead of an American owned corporation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was more interested in hanging out with their friends that were in the store than helping. That was a huge turn off to shop there for one!
They were also quick to dismiss me when they didn't have any stock of items in the flyer that I went in to purchase and couldn't find on my own.
I bought nothing from them and won't be going back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 4x6 post cards from the Moose Jaw location. The cropping I received was completely different from the proof shown online. I called twice to try to talk to someone, both times I was told I would receive a callback from the Copy and Print manager, but nobody ever returned my call. I paid a rush fee on the order, making it over $100. I will never order from them again.
