Store 7312 had Aimme looking after the beauty dept who knew the products well and was a great source of info to me. I was in the store today and there no one in that dept now due to cut backs and it really shows. Myself and others want to see that position filled so I can continue to shop there .

If I could rate the pharmacy no stars I would. The pharmacist was extremely rude and mocked my prescription request. He didn't refuse it while I was there. He waited 10 minutes until I left and then called me to say he was refusing to fill it.

I actually love this pharmacy..I have the best service ever and the pharmacist and his workers go over and above to make sure our health is first. I don't have to worry they do it for me. I love Rexall pharmacy and their employees. Highly recommended

Expensive, the points card help alot.. u gets the points without loading the offer. So nice of the company to provide this option. Other point cards , u need to load it to get it... friendly people.

Poorly prepared weekend pharmacist. Self absorbed, selfish, backward thinking pharmacist behind the counter. Openly dishonest, lied to my face, just so he could remain in his comfort zone. Counterintuitive, small minded, lacking awareness and common sense. FumblinΔ£ and totally useless. Ended up wasting 40 minutes of my precious time on a Sunday evening, only to walk away without my prescription. This locations pharmacy staff have a poor track record in clerical upkeep. Repeatedly have had to wait for 45 minutes for the bumbling pharmacist to work out my insurance plan on their database, when I am the only customer in the store. They repeatedly lose my information, and would rather me pay full price for expensive medications, than to remedy the problem. I have 90% coverage! This has been an ongoing struggle for me, extremely frustrating, it happens over and over and over again. Pathetic is a fitting descriptor. Avoid Rexall pharmacy if you can. Despite their charm, it is not worth the aggravation the off peak time hour pharmacist will create in your life.

The woman who helped me was so friendly! Love that they were open a bit later for those who still work and are right downtown, making it easy to pick up a few basics. They are fully set up with protective gear for their staff which is always awesome to see! Thanks for a great shopping experience!!! Visits like those are so great, considering it might only be one of the few times people get to go out, in weeks. I appreciate when people are friendly and welcoming. Oh and they also have a great new points program!! Stay safe Moose Jaw?

Everyone is so polite and helpful here. Service can be a little slow but its okay. And the Pharmacist gives good advice.

Since new management took over this location it has gone down hill rapidly. Staff change over is insane. What was once well run is now a disappointing experience. Just left without out my prescriptions. Prescriptions I’ve had for 15 years. Told me they were on hold till he could question me about them. Acting like he knew better than the Dr. Or the pharmacy manager. Ultimately left without medication and I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Six months ago I was charged for a blood glucose monitor and then was called two weeks later that I had a package to pickup. It was a blood glucose monitor that was free with all the supplies. Told them I don’t need two and would appreciate a refund on one but they kept the second that I’m assuming they were reimbursed for. Regional manager said they would fix everything but never heard another word from them. So tired of poor customer service. .
