★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone into Honda Magic with a lot of anxiety. I had only bought one new car for myself, 17 yrs ago. It was this dealership I had gone to first. It was a horrible experience and I wound up buying in another city. I have now owned my 2005 Honda Pilot for 17 yrs. I love it!
That being said, the people that now run & work at this dealership are absolutely phenomenal people. They were told my story, and I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness & understanding. Dave sat down with me, asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle, listened to the reasons I love my Pilot, etc. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. He then said he thought he had the perfect car for me…and he did! I am now the proud owner of a 2020 CR-V. Tony (sales manager) is a great guy as well. Very knowledgeable in the finance area & helped to get everything lined up. Carol (office manager) is sweet & kind, everyone in service are fantastic people. Just an all around great dealership. I may actually go back in 7 yrs instead of 17 to upgrade. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Fantastic experience.
