★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone here for 13 years - since i was 6! Susan is a lovely woman who has been nothing but helpful. She wears her heart on her sleeve, and will always be honest. I feel as though the people saying that got bad customer service were expecting someone to just placate them. There are so many small details to glasses and how they work and the frame - people think she should just be able to easily do anything; she can only do as much as her company allows. She will tell you honestly what is happening - and cares as much about her team as she does anyone that walks through the door. Ive never seen her have a bad interaction. As far as the service not being offered? She has gone above and beyond in her service of me for over a decade. I consider her a family friend <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor encounter with a staff member who cracked a lens of a pair of glasses I hoped to have repaired in two after claiming there would be some minor chipping along the side of the lens. Proceeded to say 'sorry' and not offer any sort of advice or compensation on replacing the lenses for the frames that I already had - seemed keen to make a deal on an overpriced pair of glasses as a package. Brought my business across the street to Zoom Optical and had a much better customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susan was incredible. She was knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful. I am not very fashion conscious, but she recommended excellent glasses that my wife agrees suit me perfectly. I especially appreciated how seriously she took health and safety protocols for COVID-19. Be prepared for frank honesty and a professional who knows what you need. 100% satisfied!

She adjusted my new and old glasses to fit my face very nicely. Susan is friendly, understanding and easy to talk with. I would totally go back to this store in the future because of Susan.
