★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not known to them or highly recommended the Eastern European woman is hostile and aggressively tells you they have enough and strongly suggest finding another . I got the same quote from my previous insurance company and wanted to use the app she kept saying “it would take too long and it won’t work” so rude !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this insurance company for the last two years. In August this year I have moved to a new address and they increased my premium almost 1.5% even though I haven't had any sort of claims so far. Today I have got my renewal papers and most pathetic part is now i will have to pay for my old address (Even though i have moved from there and have no connection whatsoever with that address) too!!!!!!!
There are whole bunch of options out there guys - shop around before you consider this option at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst csm, charged me for a vehicle which I sold, and kept charging my bank even tho I reported to them that I sold my car, but they wanted to charge me for an extra month and use that towards my home insurance, what kinda policy is that? And now they threaten to send to collections because I don't wanna pay for their fines from not getting payment from my bank, also they kept charging me 19.5% more because they said I have 2 minor conviction mean while it was only 1 minor conviction and It was clear off my record in 2021 August, when I asked them, they said I'll still have to pay that till March 2022 because in their system it shows that I still have conviction, complete bs, save your time and don't go to this unprofessional rude, money grabbing people
