Isaac is so friendly and I LOVE buying glasses from him. He always has the best recommendations on frames and puts in the work to understand what his customers want. I’ve loved every pair of glasses I’ve bought from Isaac. I cannot recommend Yonge Vision enough!

Michelle scheduled me for a same day appointment. After the eye exam both her and Isaac helped me select a new pair of glasses that suited me. Isaac put in the new lenses and I picked them up the next day! The service and experience was some of the best I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend Yonge Vision. Thank you again Michelle and Isaac!

I have comfortably enjoyed wearing the glasses. I had no need for an updated prescription up until last fall. I was concerned about the virus and cancelled two appointments I attempted to make with Isaac because I had not received the required two Covid vaccines. Isaac, I apologize for this. Presently I am vaccinated, things are less daunting and I am a bit more at ease. Today Isaac redirected me to a local optometrist... he did not give me a prescription. He informed me that he no longer gives prescriptions. I felt quite unwelcomed. I considered myself to be a patient/customer of Yonge Vision. If I did not change my glasses on a yearIy basis, it was because I had no need to. I did not require glasses until recently. Isaac walked me out of Yonge Vision to the location where the optometrist works out of. Tests at the optometrist all resulted good. Even so, I am very disappointed that Isaac did not give me a prescription. I have always felt that he is as good if not better than any optometrist. I feel offended and very disappointed.

They took their time and made sure I got the best frames within my budget. My frames broke so I needed a frame that fit my current lenses and they found me the perfect ones. It was also very affordable. I got my frames with $95. Will definitely go back again when I get new glasses.

I’ve been ordering contact lenses from them for years and Isaac helped me to switch to a more modern version of lenses and assisted with a stronger prescription when my eyesight got worse. Isaac also made amazing prescription sunglasses for my spouse and replaced lenses in my scratched fashion sunglasses. I’ve moved away from this optometrist store but keep commuting there because customer service there is way better than in other places.

Personable, professional, knowledgable - I could go on and on listing positive traits of the staff members I encountered. I was in and out in no time, got irreparable sunglasses fixed while I was there (no charge) and was lucky enough to have what I needed in stock, so by the time I got a coffee and returned, my new glasses were ready. I never expected to have such a positive experience. Shop here and you'll never go anywhere else!

Their pricing for kids glasses was reasonable opposed to some places that sold kids frames that I found were out of control with suggested cost for a child’s frames. I say they because it was a family experience as we were getting help from a mother daughter and father at the same time, all of whom knew what they were talking about too! Thanks!
