The owners truly care about their customers and their staff which shows through the service you will be provided, not to mention the amazing selection of frames. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses as they have so many options and will help you through until you make your decision. They are a pleasure to deal with and look forward to seeing them when I get my new glasses every few years. Amazing experience all around. 10 out of 10.

The service Julia provided to me was so great, courteous and professional, I came back after only 2 months to buy another pair of the same prescription glasses because they have so many beautiful styles I couldn't pick just one! The owners are also very kind. This place excels in Customer Service, they treat you so well you feel you are in the best hands for getting your new glasses. Glasses here are not cheap as they have the best and more stylish glasses, but most of all, the have the best personalized service. Those two things matter the most!.

I had to get lenses changed a couple of times to fine tune my prescription and with no hesitation Peter had me back in got my eyes checked and made the changes. Great selection of glasses, polite staff and clean organized shop!! Highly recommend Optika

Although the glasses are just as expensive as everywhere else, they have a very large selection of fashionable frames. I was given two different brands of contact lenses to try out, so I'd be sure it was a good fit for me. I was provided support along every step, with email reminders and occasional calls to make sure everything is right. OPTIKA is a great destination for eyesight needs.
