★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this review 10 stars I would. Vivian is extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. She will provide you with all the time and advice you need. She sincerely did her absolute best to make sure you get the best deal with the lowest price.
I live very close by so this was my first stop when the time came to purchase my first pair of glasses. I then went around all the boutiques around Yonge & Eg and Yonge & Davisville, as well as a couple downtown. To my surprise the BEST service and prices were right around the corner from me. When I couldn't find the exact frame I wanted from the selection in the store, Vivian volunteered to order one for me. When I asked about upgrading to water proof, Vivian checked the price and honestly suggested it is not worth it (as it is $100 more expensive however you would have to apply the coating yourself every day).
In conclusion- good people = good business. I will be referring all my friends and family here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well what can I say this place is a hidden gem in Midtown and glad I walked in one day when I was taking my regular walk. Customer service from Vivian is impeccable and she genuinely cares about your eyes and vision and takes her time with you and is very patient to make sure you are satisfied. She is very reassuring. She cares about finding the lowest affordable price for you. Best eyeglasses place I have ever been to and I have been to other places and they rush you and don't care and are too busy to bother. Thanks Vivian for you wonderful service and for making me feel comfortable when shopping for my new glasses. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone here for my contact lenses & she's very patient with my indecisiveness. I had looked at glasses & was happy with both the selection & prices. However my sister brought me to her place & I used a frame that I was previously happy with. Problem was the lenses was slightly larger & heavier so ever since I bought them I've been disappointed as they were constantly sliding off (tension arms with no hooks around the ears). Today I mentioned my problem & the Optometrist at Infinite Vision recommended something that was simple & works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with how she fixed the glasses that I didn't even buy at her shop! Very good people to work with. I'll be going here for all my vision needs. Highly recommended them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultative approach and patience from Leila was very helpful, I tried so many frames and she helped me to select the perfect one (I am very happy with the style and got lots of compliments from my colleagues already). Moreover they have a very Knowledgable & caring optometrist, she found the issue of my eyes to be different from what I was told which is now much better by using the samples & eye masks she gave me.
