My glass frame broke this week and Dennis ordered in a replacement and arranged to have the lenses switched into the new frame. I was worried that I would have to spend the Christmas holiday with a backup pair of glasses with scratched lenses. Dennis is a very generous and amazingly helpful professional. I will be back soon to buy a new pair of glasses. Thanks very, very much Dennis.

Appointment booking was required last year (I do not know if appointments are needed now), I did so via e-mail. All the frames he selects for you to try on are thoughtfully picked out according to your face size, nose, other facial features to ensure the frames fit when you wear them. The shape of the frames is up to you to decide whether you feel good with them on. The customer service is still great, if you care for high quality glasses from Denmark, Japan, France, Germany, etc. then this is the place to visit! The price may be higher but with a bit of attention and care, your frames can last for perhaps more than 5 years (my frames are in their 5th year and still going strong!)!
