Great experience and service! The ladies really know their stuff in terms of which glasses suit your face- I appreciate the blunt honesty when they say "those don't suit you". When it comes to glasses its so important to make the right call! I've gotten two pairs from here and love them completely. The optometrist is also great and very kind! Highly recommend.

I am thankful to have encounter such a great optical store. The staff are professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. I was due for an eye examination and was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. I am extremely happy with the custom lenses and frames for my glasses. Alla and Lina have done a phenomenal job of helping me. If you are reading my review, I strongly recommend coming to this optical store. You will not be disappointed.

Recently made my second par of glasses. Great and helpful staff, allah is sharp and very experienced, she certainly helped me find the best for me! Also had my eye exam on site! I recommend!

Please dont come here, the old lady who is in charge as a receptiont for Dr. Dickson Liu is so so rude. She didnt know that we have made an appointment for me, my husband and myself (three of us) in advance. On the appointment date, we called Dr Liu whether it is possible for us to come earlier and a man who answered the phone, let us come. Unfortunately, the old lady is so rude, without checking that we have made an appointment for the three of us, she entered the doctor'room while I was still on examination. The lady told the doctor and instructed the doctor to finish examine soon as there is another patient came and she told Dr. Liu that this patient did the booking earlier than me. What annoys us, when I told her that the three of us have booked the appointment with Dr. LIU, the lady was surprised and have so many excuse. Unethically, thee lady can interup the Doctor while he was still examining the patient, instructed the doctor to finish soon. And the doctor is still examining my eyes... The lady even asked Dr Liu, how long did you take? Dr Liu answered, only few more minutes. This lady is so so rude , very Un Ethical and how can She instructed the doctor to finish examine soon???? When I talked to the lady, she made so so many excuses from A to Z. We even told her that she doesnt respect Doctor profession. The reason I am saying that she can intervere and instructed the doctor and demanding the doctor to finsih examine the patient soon. This lady has no respect both for Patient and the Doctor. And I just found out the lady is the Owner who run this optical. That is why She has a say to instruct the doctor??? Is is ethical while Doctor still examine the patient and she interupting noy just one but twice as she instructed the doctor to hurry????

These folks are great.. stayed open late for me and helped me out in a serious pinch before a vacation. They have won my business and I'm back buying a pair of sunglasses.. selection and price 5star.

Just picked up some glasses and had an appointment. The owner is a lovely lady, very professional and knowledgeable. She stayed late to help me with my glasses. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Avoid this place. There’s plenty of other places that will treat you with respect. There was a lady at the reception who was very rude to my brother who I made the appointment for. They give the wrong information, they don’t know the difference between uhip and ohip and proceeded to try and teach me about something she knew nothing about. During the phone call (as my brother was waiting for his appointment) he was in the store, during the call this person was being rude, and after I hung up my brother came home to tell me she made rude comments about me to the doctor and said “you’re finished” while smacking the phone. Very unprofessional place, definitely should avoid it.
